It can depend on the type of role and skills required, we have some recommendations based on experience however we can react as quickly as is necessary. At VTS we can work with you to meet your timeline, whatever that may be. 

4. How does your screening process work? How many resumes will you send me?

5. What happens if I am not satisfied with the person you recruit? 

We have a proven track record in matching candidates with employers, however should the person placed by us leave your employment in the eight weeks, VTS will recruit a replacement at no cost to you.
